Module One: Purpose of Motherhood

    • Purpose: This module introduces the foundational purpose of motherhood and parenting from a spiritual perspective.

    • The Mother’s Womb: You will explore the significance of the mother’s womb and its status according to scripture.

    • Connection To The Womb: You will further understand the inter-twined collective experience of the foetus & mother and then how to build a stronger connection with the womb for a positive fruitful experience.

    • Starting Authentic Motherhood: You will be re-framing your expectations and welcoming an authentic approach to motherhood that aligns with your values.

    • Reflection Prompts: Through guided reflections, you’ll gain clarity on your role as a mother, your connection with yourself and how it connects to your overall purpose.

Module Two: The Seasons Within You

    • Infradian rhythm: Learn all about women’s second body clock – the Infradian rhythm is a 28 day cycle which influences our brain chemistry and physiology. Finally an explanation for why feel like different at different stages of the month! Using hormonal charts and seasonal categories you will easily digest information on four phases of our monthly cycle: Follicular, Ovulatory, Luteal & Menstrual

    • Inner-Spring: Learn how your Follicular phase should look and feel – What are the changes in your body & the changes in your mind that you begin your cycle with.

    • Inner-Summer: Learn how your Ovulatory phase should look and feel – What are the changes in your body & the changes in your mind that go whilst you are ovulating.

    • Inner-Autumn: Learn how your Luteal phase should look and feel – What are the changes in your body & mind that are taking pace in this pre-menstrual phase.

    • Inner-Winter: Learn how your Menstrual phase should look and feel – What are the changes in your body & the changes in your mind that you begin your cycle with.

    • Reflection prompts: Use this module’s reflection prompts to tap into your Seasons, track your cycle & make time to study yourself better.

Module Three: Parenting in Sync

    • A step by step plan on how to parent whilst living in sync with your cycle.

    • Spring Mother: Guidance on what areas to focus on during follicular phase and what synchronised motherhood can look like for you at the beginning of your cycle.


    • Summer Mother: Guidance on what areas to focus whilst ovulating and what synchronised motherhood can look like for you whilst in peak in energy!

    • Autumn Mother: Special focus on how to adjust our parenting plans to match the internal shift of the luteal phase, focusing on slower more meaningful motherhood choices.

    • Winter Mother: This is the part where mother’s struggle! But here you will find plenty of ideas & guidance on how to create a portion of the month where you can rest & still be a present mother – avoiding burnout, resentment & angry outbursts.

Module Four: A Wholesome Mother

    • This module focuses on the essential aspects of a mother’s well-being and the dynamics of purposeful parenting, creating balance, and fostering meaningful connections.

    • A Mother’s Diet: Learning how Our choice of food directly impacts our motherhood experience! There is a connection between a mother’s nourishment and her physical, emotional & spiritual parenting experience. Find tailored nutritional advice to support energy, hormonal balance, and resilience through the demands of motherhood.


    • Balanced Parenting: Use the dominant hormone of each phase of your cycle to optimise the type of mother you can be for your child. Estrogen will bring specific qualities in you that progesterone doesn’t and through this knowledge we can balance out what we provide our children throughout the month.
